Registration

How do I register my team?
Send us an email to confirm your registration and send us a €1000 deposit per team.

This deposit will be subtracted from your final bill.

What is your cancellation policy?
% REFUND
Individual cancels up to 4 days before scheduled arrival 100
Individual cancels within 3 days before scheduled arrival / No Show 0
Entire group cancels trip after payment of deposit 0

Football

How many matches will we play?
The exact number of matches will vary from tournament to tournament but you will play a minimum of 240’.
Typically, a team will play five or six 20’ matches on Day 1, four 30’ matches on Day 2 and a 30’ final on Day 3.
How many players can I bring?
For 8-a-side tournaments, you can have up to 15 players in your squad.

For 7-a-side tournaments*, you can have up to 13 players in your squad.

*beginning in October 2017, boys and girls u18 tournaments will be 7-a-side

Do you supply balls for us at the tournament?
At registration, we give each team one ball.
The referee will also have a ball, so there should be three balls at each pitch.
We do not supply extra balls for practice but we will be happy to inflate extra balls that you bring.
How big are the pitches?
Approximately 55m x 35m
How big are the goals?
5m x 2m
Is there offside?

No, offside BUT… … to protect the goalkeeper, attacking players may NOT enter a small area in front of the goal BEFORE the ball

Can we practice when we arrive on the Thursday?

There are two pitches with artificial grass which can be used for practice.

How many beds per room?
Rooms can have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 beds.

Rooms are assigned by hotel according to number of people in each group.

If you have a preference, please tell us and we will do our best to satisfy your request IF POSSIBLE.

What is the latest that I can arrive?
Tournament matches begin at 9.00 am on the Friday morning but there is a meeting for all coaches on the Thursday evening at 21.15.
When is the earliest that I can depart on Sunday?
All teams play a final match on Sunday morning, followed by presentations and lunch.

If you need to leave early to catch a flight, we can schedule your final match at 09.00 and present you with your trophy and medals immediately afterwards.

Extra Activities

Do we have time to go and do some extra activities during the tournament?
No: the tournament timetable is quite intense.

Teams wishing to do extra activities / sightseeing / excursions should plan to stay extra nights before or after the tournament.
